Just like a doctor needs a complete medical history and examination before prescribing a course of treatment, the immigration attorney conducts a comprehensive consultation that generally lasts up to 60 minutes, during which she learns about your personal and immigration history, and provides personalized options, strategies, and solutions for meeting your immigration goals.
Immigration law is very fact-specific. The firm cannot quote a fee for your immigration process without a complete consultation to assess your individual circumstances and situation. The firm charges a flat fee for an immigration matter, but the cost of your immigration matter will depend on the type of process you choose and the complexity of your case. The firm offers monthly payment plans.
